Zoi strives to bring the cloud to the Retail and Manufacturing industries with innovative solutions that deliver real value.We are also looking for support at our international location in **Mexico City and Ho Chi Minh City**.**WHAT YOU DO**- Format laptops and install necessary software and updates- Provide technical support to consultants on hardware and software issues- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems on laptops, desktops, and mobile devices- Manage and maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other IT staff- Learn and develop skills in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of cloud-based solutions- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends- Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders**WHO YOU ARE**- Several years of experience in desktop support or a related field- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems- Experience with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting- Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (preferred but not required)- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well in a team environment- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred but not required)- Good level of EnglishDo you like to be surrounded by brilliant minds?
