**TATA Consultancy Services (TCS)**. a world leader in IT services with a presence in more than 40 countries and collaboration with renowned companies, seeks:**Bilingual customer service representative****Responsibilities**:- Receive inbound bilingual phone calls (Spanish/English) from US customers around basic customer service queries- Document and log service requests for support groups or escalation teams for customer issues solution- Identify and perform an upselling process for potential cases to upgrade services/products- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, basic technical queries, and services.**Shifts and Training**- Rotate shifts across 16/7 Operation ( Monday to Sunday), 2 days off per week- Availability to work from the office for a minimum of _**9-12 **_weeks, post this period agents will undergo an evaluation to be considered for the WFH scheme based on their performance.- Availability for Product Training and On the Job Training from Tuesday to Saturday**Required Skillset**- Proficient in English ( written and spoken)- 2+ Years Experience Minimum in voice customer care supporting US Based customers. Experience can be related to Customer Care, Tech Support, Collections, Billing, Etc.- 1+ Year Experience Minimum in product sales (Cold sale, Upsell)**Salary**: $19,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
