Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Reclutamiento Dorh • Monterrey, Nuevo León, México Descripción del trabajo Bilingual Customer Service Agent (NOT FOR CALL CENTER) Location: On-site, Col. Obispado, Monterrey, N.L.Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch)Salary: $14,000 - $17,000 MXN per month (based on experience) Join our dynamic and youthful team as a Customer Service Agent, where you will be responsible for assisting international clients, resolving inquiries and issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
