**Solicitamos**:Customer Service Representative **/ Atención a clientes **:**Objetivo del puesto**:**Coadyuvar en el logro de un servicio altamente satisfactorio para el cliente asegurando que sus pedidos sean surtidos en tiempo, forma y con las condiciones de envío requeridas y previamente pactadas. Ayudar al mantenimiento y operación eficiente del ciclo de venta y OTB. If this is you, we'd love to talk.**What You Will Do**:- Revisar, ejecutar y coordinar el ciclo de Backorder Processing (BOP) en los Cedis/Plantas responsabilidad de cada Coordinador de Servicio a Clientes.- Revisar, dar seguimiento y coordinar el procesamiento de pedidos para surtirse en las fechas señaladas por los clientes/ventas.- Asegurar, coordinar y plasmar las citas de entrega a clientes de manera correcta en sistema y en los portales de clientes.- Atención de problemas de transporte, generación de devoluciones y registro de estadías de transporte.- Aplicar registros y llevar un control de Cancelaciones y Rechazos.- Monitorear níveles de disponibilidad de inventarios solicitando apoyos para re-abastos a Cadena de suministro para surtir en tiempo los pedidos.- Generar y mantener información de desempeño del área de servicio a clientes.**Who You Are****Requisitos**:- Escolaridad: Licenciatura o Ingeniería (Áreas administrativas)- **Disponibilidad de horario y para laborar de lunes a sábado (indispensable)**- **Manejo de SAP y Excel intermedio-avanzado (indispensable)**- **Experiência mínima de 2 años en puesto similar en CEDIS (indispensable)**- **Entendimiento del proceso **Cedis-Ventas-Clientes **(indispensable)****.Manejo de portales clientes***Habiliades / Competencias**:**- **Capacidad de análisis y toma de decisiones.****- **Alto sentido de urgencia.****- **Trabajo en equipo.****-Proactividad****-Empowerment / Liderazgo resilente o situacional****What We Can Offer You**:At Essity, we believe everyone's learning and professional development is unique and want to empower employees to reach their full potential in a winning culture motivated by a powerful purpose.Collaborative and Inclusive Culture | Empowering & Engaged Leaders | Working with Powerful Purpose & Sustainable Impact | Learning and Growing in your Career | Supporting Well-being & Sustainable Working Life | Life-changing Innovations | Competitive Total rewards**Locación**:CEDIS Cuautitlán**Together, we are improving lives, every day.**:Working at Essity is not just a career; it is a chance to directly make the world a healthier, more hygienic and safer place.
