As a **Global Learning and development Team Lead **based at our GBS in Querétaro, you will partner as a Learning & Leadership Development consultant with Global and Regional COE’s to understand the needs and recommend learning solutions that support and enable our business objectives, you will also provide instructional design consultancy, support strategy definition and content generation of global L&D programs and experiences.**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**- Instructional design of impactful and engaging learning experiences and solutions that utilize effective adult learning principles- Provide support to global Learning & Development programs strategy definition- Design and develop Learning & Development solutions and experiences (both web based and instructor led) through effective project management, planning, resourcing, content design and communication- Provide brief, guidance and continuous feedback to Learning Production team for them to generate learning materials and experiences- Manager and coordinate global programs deployment/implementation strategy- Manage the Global Learning & Development team unit to remotely support global Learning & Leadership Development programs execution, tracking, evaluation and report generation.**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**- Bachelor’s degree in educational/organizational psychology, communications, HR, instructional design/technology, organizational development, or a closely related field- Graduate degree preferred +6 years of overall experience with at least 4 years’ experience in HR field, designing and developing Learning & Development programs and robust project management**Skills**:- Consulting skills: Including business-facing skills to determine the client’s needs, challenges and people culture- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and influencing skills- Collaboration skills: including the ability to integrate and act upon the diverse perspectives of the function, business units, and external vendors- Project management skills and ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and/or projects**ABOUT KELLOGG COMPANY**Kellogg Company is a multibillion-dollar company with over 30 thousand employees all over the globe.
