You’ll lead a group of field technicians and oversee in-house maintenance, renovation execution, and vendor coordination in one of our fastest-growing regions.This is not a “keep the lights on” job—it’s a **strategic leadership role** where your ability to think in systems, solve problems at the root, and lead with accountability will directly shape our success.**POSITION OVERVIEW****What You’ll Do****Build and Lead a Top-Tier Property Services Team**- Lead and develop a team of field techs, vendor partners, and coordinators across multiple markets.- Run weekly L10s to ensure alignment, accountability, and issue-solving.- Conduct regular 1:1s, giving clear coaching, feedback, and direction.**Drive Operational Excellence**- Own and improve key performance indicators (KPIs):- 95% Tech Realization (38+ billed hours/week) Avg.
