About Us:

ALNA Management is a growing property management firm specializing in single-family homes. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our residents and maintaining our properties to the highest standards. We're looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team and help keep our homes in top condition.

Position Summary:

The Maintenance Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring timely and efficient handling of maintenance requests across our portfolio of single-family homes. This position serves as the primary liaison between tenants, property owners, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and quality assurance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, log, and prioritize incoming maintenance requests from residents and property managers.
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repair work with vendors, technicians, and contractors.
  • Follow up on open work orders to ensure timely completion and quality of work.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, costs, and communications.
  • Inspect properties as needed to verify maintenance needs and completion.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with company standards and budgets.
  • Support preventive maintenance programs to reduce future repair costs.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property management, facilities coordination, or maintenance dispatching preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of basic property maintenance terminology and processes.
  • Proficiency with property management or work order software (e.g., Propertyware, Propertymeld) a plus.
  • Must have computer and reliable internet service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14, $17,000.00 per month
