**Financial Accounting****Main Responsibilities**:**1.Financial Reporting & Compliance**- Prepare and ensure the accuracy of **monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements** in compliance with company policies and regulations.- Provide **timely financial reports** to HQ, ensuring they meet corporate deadlines.- Ensure compliance with **local tax regulations, financial standards, and company policies**.**2. General Ledger Management**- Maintain and reconcile **general ledger accounts** to ensure financial accuracy.- Ensure proper recording of **journal entries, accruals, and adjustments**.- Assist with the **month-end and year-end closing processes**.**3. Accounts Payable & Receivable**- Oversee **accounts payable and receivable processes**, ensuring timely payments and collections.- Manage vendor and customer accounts, reconciling outstanding balances.- Address **discrepancies and resolve financial issues** related to AP/AR.**4. Tax Reporting & Audit Preparation**- Support **tax filing processes**, ensuring timely and accurate submission of tax reports.- Prepare financial records and documentation for **internal and external audits**.- Assist in implementing **audit recommendations** to improve financial controls.**5. Budgeting & Cash Flow Management**- Assist in **budget preparation and financial forecasting**.- Monitor **cash flow**, ensuring financial stability and efficiency.- Identify opportunities for **cost control and financial optimization**.**6. Process Improvement & Efficiency**- Identify **opportunities to improve financial processes** and enhance reporting efficiency.- Collaborate with the Cost Accountant and other teams to streamline financial workflows.- Ensure financial data integrity and compliance with **Epicor ERP** systems.**7. Additional Responsibilities**- Provide financial insights for **decision-making and business strategy**.- Support the finance team with **ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects**.- Participate in **cross-functional initiatives** to improve financial operations.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in **Accounting, Finance, Business Administration**, or a related field.- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent certification is a **plus**.- **2-5 years** of experience in financial accounting, specifically in **automotive manufacturing**.- Strong knowledge of **financial reporting, compliance, and general accounting principles**.- **Proficiency in Epicor ERP** for financial tracking and reporting.- Advanced skills in **Microsoft Excel** (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and **financial reporting tools**.- Knowledge of **local and international accounting regulations and tax compliance**.- Experience in **budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management**.- **Advanced English.**Application Question(s):- Cuál es tu nível de inglés?- Tienes experiência con Sistema EPICOR?- Has trabajado en industria automotriz?Work Location: In person
