Job Title: Bilingual Business Development & Trade Marketing Coordinator (Food Industry - Category)**Location: Cuauhtemoc (Hybrid)**Job Description**:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development & Trade Marketing Coordinator (Food Industry - Category) to join our team.** In this role, you will be responsible for supporting sales administration activities while coordinating market research efforts to drive business growth and development in the food and consumer sector.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.- Proven experience in sales administration and market research coordination within the food and consumer sector.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).- Willingness to travel as needed.**Responsibilities**:- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to managing inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining customer records.- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the food and consumer sector.- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market expansion and customer acquisition.- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, reports, and proposals.- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing activities.- Analyze sales data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and market research findings.- Continuously monitor competitor activities and market developments to stay ahead of industry trends.- Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and events as required.Contract Type: Permanent**Salary**: $40,000 MXN per month**Benefits**:- Grocery vouchers: $2,500.00 MXN- Home office support: $350.00 MXN- Annual Performance Bonus equivalent to 2 months' salary- 30 days of Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo)- 50% Vacation premium- Major Medical Expenses Insurance- Minor Medical Expenses Insurance- Dental Insurance- Vision Insurance- Life Insurance covering 24 months' salary- Flexible Schedule and Hybrid Attendance- Parking (to be confirmed)- Travel AvailabilityTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro dental- Trabajo desde casa- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono anualLugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 06500, Ciudad de México
