In this role, you will report to the Procurement Director.**You Will Make an Impact By**:- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives aligned with strategic goals- Analyzing procurement processes and the impact across departments to identify areas of inefficiency.- Developing and executing improvement strategies, including change management.- Leading cross-functional project teams.- Conducting training and workshops for staff at all levels- Using methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Kaizen- Maintaining reports and presenting progress to senior management.- Travel Requirements: Up to 30% of Travel is required.**Skills You Bring**:- A Bachelor of Science degree preferably in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, preferred Masters- Experience leading and managing continuous improvement initiatives.- Knowledge of quality management tools and methods (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).- Excellent communication and interpersonal- Advanced level ability in the use of Excel & Power Point- A willingness and ability to influence and change the status quo**Preferred Skills: (Optional)**- Certified Six Sigma- Proficient in the use of ERP/MRP Systems, SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Office**Physical Demands and Working Conditions**:- This role is located in Querétaro, Qro.
