Descripción y detalle de las actividades**Rosarito Packaging Company S. de R.L. de C.V.** An upcoming company soon to be established in Rosarito, Baja California, is looking to fill the following position to kick off its startup operations.Directly supervises the production staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; assuring all company rules and regulations are followed. Must have excellent leadership skills in a manufacturing setting. Responsible for assembly/production & material handling. Will oversee a full-time staff of 5-10 employees and up to 300 part-time/seasonal employees that are secured through a temporary labor agency and /or other sources. S/He stands out as an inspirational leader and passionately drives a collaborative, innovative, and results driven culture. This leader has a & quot; can do & quot; attitude and the ability to lead and energize a diverse group of talented individuals.Reports To: COOExperiência y requisitosStrategize, plan and fully execute assembly lines and production floor.- Coordinate all warehouse operations to ensure production goals are met.- Coordinate inventory - on hand and in transit.- Supervise employees in accordance with plant policies and procedures through delegating to department coordinators the daily assignments, inspection progress of workers’ assignments, safety, quality, and productivity.- Interact regularly with executive team, department heads, and brand leadership, to ensure that Company's operational priorities are aligned with enterprise direction.- Continually investigate and execute process improvements and introduce new measures.- Schedule production work, evaluate jobs and employee’s capacity to fulfill scheduled production work.- Direct and control, through coordinators, the workloads to ensure smooth operation and flow- Clearly document all operational workflows, policies, and procedures to determine areas of weakness and to provide job knowledge to employees.- Manage all activities related to the production.- Maintain safety standards with all safety rules and regulatory issues- Invest in human capital development, training, and evaluation- Maintain compliance with federal, state and local guidelines with MSDS, OSHA, EPA regulations, fire codes and other relevant rules and regulations.- Develop and implement a storage plan for all current inventory and makerecommendations for future inventory storage needs.
