It is our focus on quality and growth that makes us an employer of choice and helps us maintain our culture of excellence.**Position Overview**Responsible for overseeing and directing all production activities to ensure operational efficiency, product quality, and meeting production goals. Their leadership is essential for effectively coordinating human, material, and technical resources, ensuring optimal production and customer satisfaction.**What you'll do**- Develop strategic and tactical production plans in collaboration with other departments, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and market demands.- Establish efficient production schedules, allocating adequate resources to meet delivery deadlines and quality standards.- Oversee all production operations, including raw material handling, the manufacturing process, and finished product packaging, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.- Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement techniques to optimize operational efficiency and reduce production costs.- Lead and motivate the production team, providing direction, training, and professional development to maximize team performance and morale.- Foster a safe and collaborative work environment, promoting open communication and effective conflict resolution.- Collaborate with the quality department to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations at all stages of production.- Implement quality control systems and conduct regular audits to identify and correct quality deviations.- Others activities.**Who you are**- Requires several years of experience in production roles, with demonstrated leadership experience.- English 90%.- SAP system.- 5 years of experience in similar positions.
