Te estamos buscando para ser nuestro próximo : Gerente Legal Corporativo Serás responsable de liderar la estrategia jurídica y de Gobierno Corporativo, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo y mitigación de riesgos para prevenir impactos económicos o reputacionales. Este rol implica coordinar la implementación de mejores prácticas de gobierno, supervisar proyectos de due diligence y proporcionar soporte jurídico en toda la organización. Responsabilidades Salvaguardar el patrimonio del Grupo a través de la asesoría legal y control de registros societarios. Contribuir al cumplimiento de la estrategia de Gobierno Corporativo del Grupo y la implementación de mejores prácticas. Asegurar soporte y asesoría legal a todas las áreas internas relacionadas con temas legales. Contribuir al control y cumplimiento de la legislación aplicable para evitar impactos económicos o reputacionales al grupo. Ejecutar y supervisar la estrategia jurídica y de Gobierno Corporativo del Grupo. Contribuir en proyectos de due diligence y análisis legal de estrategias de crecimiento.
