As a Continuous Improvement Sr PM within our Network Optimization team, you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative strategies for process standardization across our fulfillment network.You'll collaborate with our Transportation, Supply Chain and Regional Operations teams to design and execute dynamic processes that can be replicated with operational efficiency. This role focuses on creating scalable and strategic processes that enhance productivity and delivery experience while optimizing our operation across multiple regions.This highly visible position requires someone who can analyze complex data sets to make strategic decisions while managing day-to-day execution of large-scale standard processes. You'll be tasked with developing operational strategy, identifying opportunities for network efficiency improvements, and implementing advanced process methodologies that respond to seasonal variations and regional demand patterns.You'll be responsible for creating data-driven business cases, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and maintaining alignment across various stakeholder groups.
