Estamos buscando un **Business Analyst** para unirse a nuestro equipo de Tecnología y contribuir en la creación de soluciones tecnológicas alineados a las necesidades de usuario, clientes y los objetivos estratégicos de la organización.**Responsabilidades**:- Levantamiento y documentación de requerimientos funcionales y no funcionales.- Elaboración de diagramas de flujo, procesos BPMN y casos de uso.- Documentar historias de usuario y criterios de aceptación.- Colaborar con equipos de producto, UX/UI y desarrollo.- Participar en ceremonias ágiles y dar seguimiento a entregables.**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura en Sistemas, Tecnologías de la Información, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o afín.- Experiência en **cadena de suministro, logística o proyectos digitales**.- Manejo de herramientas como **Jira, Confluence, Miro, Visio/Lucidchart**.- Conocimiento en **metodologías ágiles (Scrum/Kanban)**.- Deseable: certificaciones como **CBAP, Scrum Product Owner, Design Thinking, BPMN**.Habilidades clave:- Análisis de procesos y documentación funcional.- Comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.- Pensamiento estratégico y proactividad.Ofrecemos:- Sueldo base- Prestaciones de Ley- Modalidad hibrida de trabajo (3 días oficina + 2 días home office)**Estamos comprometidos con la inclusión y la diversidad.
