**Satellite Teams is searching an Intake Caller who will be working for an LA-based distinguished law firm protecting consumers over a decade. This role is on the front line personally speaking to people coming to us for help at a time in which they are most vulnerable and need legal assistance.****RESPONSIBILITIES**- Probe caller for the details of their injury in a courteous and efficient manner- Make a great and lasting impression on clients and potential clients- Follow-up with callers in a consistent and respectful manner- Update client records with accurate, thorough, and timely information & notes- Refer clients with non-personal injury cases to partner law firms**QUALIFICATIONS**- **Fluent in English and Spanish**:- **Experience working for a Personal Injury law firm.**:- Sales experience highly preferred- Empathetic, caring, and persuasive communication skills- Excellent written and oral skills- Excellent organizational skillsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $20,000.00 - $23,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
