**Field Operations assitant****Job Overview**:We're currently in search of a proactive and detail-oriented Field Operations Agent to join our team. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in supporting property operations, then this opportunity is for you. From conducting meticulous inspections to providing hands-on assistance to our guests, you will be a key element in our day-to-day operations, ensuring excellence at every turn.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor Degree in tourism and travel management, tourism business administration, hospitality and tourism, or similar.- Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or related fields preferred.- Excellent skills in Microsoft Windows Office and Google Suite (Gmail, Google- Drive, Google Calendars)- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and vendors.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.**Responsibilities**:- Greet guests upon check-in and check-out, providing a warm welcome and- ensuring a seamless experience.- Conduct pre-check-in, check-in, and check-out inspections for all reservations,- ensuring properties meet quality standards.- Report any damages during guests' stays to the Field Operations Lead.- Inspect properties periodically to ensure they are up to standard and in perfect- maintenance condition.- Coordinate with building administrations to ensure guests have a seamless- experience upon check-in.- Provide on-the-ground support for item delivery, pre-stock items the guests might- purchase, and present them nicely upon guest arrival.- Perform inventory of materials for the building they are assigned to.**Compensation**:- Salary according to experience- Prestaciones de ley; 12 días de vacaciones, 15 días de aguinaldo, prima vacacional del 25%, Inscripción al seguro social, aportaciones al Afore e Infonavit**Schedule**:- Mon - Sun, (2 free days per week)**Location**:Polanco and Condesa**Horarios (Condesa)**- Matutino: 8 am - 5 pm- Vespertino: 9am - 6pm- Diurno: 12 pm - 9pm**Horarios (Polanco)**- Matutino: 6am - 2pm- Vespertino: 2pm - 10pm- Nocturno: 10 pm - 6amTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Disponibilidad en noches- Diurno- Fines de semana- Incluye días feriados- Incluye fines de semana- Nocturno- Rotativo- Turno de 8 horas- Turno matutino- Turno vespertinoPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuanto tiempo tienes de experiência?- ¿Haz trabajado en servicio al cliente, hotelería, turismo o algo similar?- ¿Sabes utilizar Google Suit?- ¿Cual es tu expectativa salarial / ultimo sueldo?Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
