Infrastructure and DevOps Software Engineer

We invite you to join our creative and flexible team as an Infrastructure and DevOps Engineer. We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer in DevOps and Release Engineering team. This team is responsible for CI/CD, Packaging, Install, final validation and release of Intel one API toolkits and other software products. The engineer works on design, development, automation, and maintenance of release processes based on DevOps principles, providing capabilities for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD). In this role you will work on development and deployment of CI/CD system for Intel software products and product suites (like one API toolkits). The system provides product packaging and validation capabilities. You will contribute into release process automation based on existing services written in Python and create new ones. A part of the job consists in ensuring release process continuity via setting up these services in new lab location(s).You will be also dealing with CI/CD pipelines and internal infrastructure support. You'll participate in implementation of new infrastructure (distributed, scalable, and robust) and develop features to make it observable and configurable on-demand.**Qualifications**Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry-relevant job experience, internship experiences and or school work/classes/research.**Minimum Qualifications**:Bachelors with 3+ years of experience or Masters with 2+ years of experience. The degree must be related to Computer Science, electrical engineering or computer engineering or related technical discipline.**Experience with the following skills**:- SW design and development with solid experience in Python programming; successful projects3+ months using SW architecture principles and approaches to design and development of reliable, scalable, and modular SW systems3+ months of experience using Git (GitHub) or other version controls systems, including experience providing commit hooks- 3+ months o experience designing end-to-end flows with CI/CD tools like Jenkins**Preferred Qualifications**:- Experience with enterprise CI/CD tools standup, configuration, and maintenance- Experience in API design and development- Experience in cloud-based architecture design/implementation; cloud-specific technologies (GCP, AWS or Azure)- Experience using Git (GitHub) or other version controls systems, including experience providing commit hooks.- Experience designing end-to-end flows with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.- Experience with make, gcc, python, bash on Linux (Ubuntu, SLES).- Strong analytical skills in debugging issues with CI/CD flow.- Experience with virtualization technologies such as using containers or KVM deployment using hypervisor or an orchestration software (experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Open stack, SR-IOV for networking).- Experience with Ansible/Puppet.**Inside this Business Group**Enable amazing computing experiences with Intel Software continues to shape the way people think about computing - across CPU, GPU, and FPGA architectures.
