The Credit Portfolio Senior Group Manager is a senior management-level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department to monitor the Citi portfolio and identify credit migration in coordination with the Risk Management team. The overall objective of this role is to lead the management of Citi's portfolio exposure to client and counterparties globally.**Responsibilities**:- Lead a team/organization responsible for risk management activities associated with the retail credit portfolio- Meet and exceed Partner/Citi Profit & Loss (P&L) and performance expectations- Manage new account strategy development, account management strategy development and non-scoring models- Analyze credit risk and provide credit recommendations and guidance to senior risk managers- Analyze transactions and assist in structuring transactions to contain Citi’s credit risk within acceptable parameters- Conduct internal and external oversight reviews and manage Operating Committee engagement- Produce credit and exposure analyses to ensure aggregate risk exposure to customers remains appropriate to credit standing**Qualifications**:- 15+ years of relevant experience- Experience in people management- Comprehensive understanding of the industry and direct competitors' products and services- Comprehensive understanding of strategic direction of the function**Education**:- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience- Master's degree preferred- **Job Family Group**:Risk Management- **Job Family**:Credit & Portfolio Risk Management- **Time Type**:- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.View the "**EEO is the Law**" poster.
