Supervisor, Production (7689)**Career Opportunities: Supervisor, Production (7689)**Requisition ID **7689** - Posted - **Mexico - Tecnofarma** - **Operations** - **MX - Tecnofarma** - City (4)**Supervisor de Producción, Acondicionamiento Sólidos**- Dar cumplimiento a las especificaciones de los productos de acuerdo a buenas prácticas de fabricación, procedimientos normalizados de operación y documentos autorizados.- Verificar todas las operaciones detalladas de los procedimientos de acondicionamiento, haciendo constancia de sus atribuciones y firmando en la sección asignada de los procedimientos de acondicionamiento.- Validar la correcta integración del expediente de producto en cumplimiento con las buenas prácticas de documentación.- Cumplir con los requerimientos de seguridad y medio ambiente de acuerdo a su normatividad vigente.- Garantizar que los equipos e instalaciones permanezcan en buenas condiciones y sean aptas para la fabricación de los productos.- Genera el reporte de indicadores productivos y administrativos.- Optimizar procesos como parte de un ciclo de mejora continua.- Realizar el proceso de captura de los tiempos reales de la operación de acondicionamiento en el sistema SAP.- Revisar el correcto llenado de las distintas bitácoras que se usan en los procesos de acondicionamiento.- Cumplir con el programa de planeación en el período determinado.- Comprobar que el personal cuide y mantenga en óptimas condiciones los equipos e instalaciones.- Verificar que el personal evite actos y condiciones inseguras que pongan en riesgo su integridad.- Asesorar, entrenar y capacitar continuamente al personal en las funciones asignadas cumpliendo con Buenas Prácticas de Fabricación y Documentación.- Asesorar continuamente al personal en las funciones asignadas.- Asegurar que el personal a su cargo de cumplimiento y seguimiento a las Buenas Prácticas de Fabricación, Buenas Prácticas de Documentación y Reglas de Seguridad e Higiene.- Capacitar al personal en los procedimientos normalizados de operación propios del área así como en el uso de los equipos e instrumentos.Experiência- Experiência de 3 años como Supervisor de Producción dentro de la Industria Farmacéutica, Cosmética y Alimenticia.Formación AcadémicaESCOLARIDADGRADOTITULO PROFESIONALPrimariaConstanciaQFB, QFI, IF o carrera afín.SecundariaCertificadoPreparatoriaCarta de PasanteTITULO DE ESPECIALIDADTécnico Superior UniversitarioTítuloxNo AplicaUniversitarioxCédulaxConocimientos- Buenas Prácticas de Fabricación NOM-059.- Buenas Prácticas de Documentación.- Tecnología farmacéutica.- Auditorías de Calidad.- Procesos de mejora continua.- Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad (Desviaciones, CAPAS, Control de cambios, Rechazos).- Manejo de tiempo y movimiento.- Transferencia de Tecnologías.- Técnicas y Métodos para asegurar la calidad del producto en procesos productivos.Bausch Health is an EEO/AA employer M/F/D/V.
