Coordinate, supervise and control the production processes and the quality of the products to meet the standards requested by the customer**ResponsibilitiesObserve with the production programs of the organization and efficiency of the same, establishing improvement strategies.Evaluate the conditions per machine and available production capacities.Distribute product, operating skills, cost center, labor availability.Determine production times according to the urgency of the order and the characteristics of the product (experience of the production times)Verify that the computer systems of automated machines operate properly otherwise they are reported to the Engineering area for their respective adjustmentsDefine the needs for improvement in machines and plant facilities through a check list that should be checked to be filled daily.Coordinate with the involved areas the corresponding improvementsReport failures of equipment to maintenance and ensure that the corresponding preventive and corrective maintenance programs are complied with.Establish with engineering tools maintenance programs, device changes, alignment and equipment adjustmentsEstablish extra time program, according to production needs, allocating resources and requesting the service of other areas (dining, payroll, surveillance, engineering, warehouse, maintenance and quality) to meet the objectives of the companyComply with applicable ES & H procedures, as well as ISO procedures and standards set out in Internal Compliance Guideliness**Requirements**:Mechanical EngineerEnglish 80%Lean TechniquesKnowledge of metalsknowledge of the production Automation process3 years as SupervisorISO procedures
