Here, you’ll be supported in progressing - whatever your ambitions.**About the Role**- This role will be responsible for supporting the marketing team by providing data-driven insights and analysis to guide strategic marketing decisions. This role involves analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, customer behavior, and sales performance to enhance the company's marketing efforts and drive business growth in the medical device sector. It will also be responsible for the execution and follow up of the HCP educational plan, product forecasting, as well as budget planning and control.- Sales and Marketing Support:- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and initiatives with data-driven insights.- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.- Provide analysis to support product launches, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.- Customer Insights:- Analyze customer feedback and behavior to identify trends and preferences.- Segment customers and create detailed profiles to support targeted marketing efforts.- Competitive Analysis:- Monitor competitors’ activities, products, and strategies.- Provide competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT).- Maintain an updated database of competitive intelligence.- Budget Control:- Monitor marketing budgets and expenditures to ensure alignment with financial goals.- Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial reports for the marketing department.- Medical Education:- Support the development and execution of medical education programs for healthcare professionals.- Collaborate with medical affairs and clinical teams to ensure educational content is accurate and effective.- Evaluate the impact of medical education initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement.- Assist in organizing and managing educational events and training sessions.- Product Forecasting and Planning:- Conduct demand forecasting to predict product needs and ensure optimal inventory levels.- Analyze sales trends and market conditions to inform product planning decisions.- Collaborate with regulatory & planning team to ensure product availability.**What we're looking for**:**Required qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management or a related field.- At least 4 years of experience in marketing roles.- English fluency B2 or higher.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in work.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Digital Marketing knowledge.- Located in Mexico City**Preferred qualifications**- Master´s degree.- Previous medical device or healthcare sector experience.- Basic graphic design knowledge.**Requisition ID**: - **Job Segment**:Medical Device, Business Manager, Database, Law, Nursing, Healthcare, Management, Technology, Legal
