Trabajamos como equipo y estamos orgullosos de la diferencia que hacemos para nuestros clientes, para las comunidades locales y hacia un futuro sostenible para el mundo.Estamos buscando un(a) **Contract & Billing Lead, para actuar en Ciudad de México, con enfoque en la gestión eficiente de los contratos, monitoreando ajustes financieros, colaborando con diversas áreas y asegurando la correcta contabilización y recepción de ingresos.****¿Por qué Aggeko?**Estos son algunos de los beneficios y compensaciones.- Seguro de vida.- Seguro médico.- Programa de asistencia al empleado.- Plan de bonificación anual basado en la consecución de los objetivos de la empresa.- Cultura centrada en la seguridad.**Lo que harás**:- Participación en reuniones de kickoff de contratos, colaborando con diversas áreas de Aggreko.- Control y monitoreo de ajustes contractuales anuales de precios, alineando con el equipo comercial sobre rechazos de clientes.- Realización de reuniones semanales/mensuales pre-cierre para alinear ajustes contractuales.- Cálculos y preparación de ajustes contractuales, incluyendo asientos contables.- Monitoreo del aging y consolidación del estado de facturación del contrato.- Intermediación de rechazos o respuestas de clientes sobre facturas y validación de valores a cobrar.- Elaboración de informes mensuales de ingresos, accrual y KPIs DSO y DUO para reuniones de la dirección.**Você deverá ter as seguintes habilidades e experiência**:- Título en administración, ciencias contables, derecho o áreas relacionadas.- Español fluido, portugués intermedio o en desarrollo con habilidad para comunicación oral.- Inglés deseable.- Fuerte conocimiento matemático y contable.- Amplia experiência en control interno de facturación y cuentas por cobrar.- Habilidad en la elaboración de presentaciones e informes.- Familiaridad con el paquete Office y sistemas operativos.- Disponibilidad para trabajar en formato híbrido - 3 días a la semana en la oficina de Ciudad de México.Descubre más y aplica ahora.Trae tu energía.
