**Optimization QA**- Zona de trabajo: Hibrido (Guadalajara, Mexico)- Escolaridad: Ing. en sistemas o a fin.- Ingles avanzado**Key responsibilities of the role include**:- Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure the quality and functionality of eCommerce website experiments and personalization campaigns globally- Create and execute test plans, including the identification of test cases, the creation of test data, and the coordination of testing resources- Identify and troubleshoot potential issues and bugs and coordinate the resolution of any issues that arise during the testing process- Work closely with the rest of the Optimization team to ensure that all experiments are of high quality and meet the required standards- Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand- Create quality measurements to track improvement in delivered optimizations / products- Develop quality assurance standards and integrate within the optimization team’s processes- Create and maintain detailed reports on the testing process and the results of testing each experiment and personalization campaign and provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of the testing process- Stay up to date with the latest quality assurance best practices and technologies to constantly maintain standards and to recommend improvements to the optimization process wherever necessary- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills and solid eCommerce business**Must skills/experience**:- 4 - 5 years experience in leading and executing quality assurance programs- 3 years experience in test automation- Ability to create and manage test QA schedules and resource allocation plans- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills- Familiarity with website experimentation / personalization frameworks and Chrome dev tools / Firebug**Preferred Qualifications**- Strong project and consulting skills.
