Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You’ll Make in this RoleThe Market Access Specialist Mexico is responsible for supporting operational market access activities for both launched and innovative products for Solventum Medical Surgical Business (MedSurg) in Mexico. As a Market Access Specialist you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:- Ensure optimized listing at National Compendium Codes (Mexican General Health Council) for innovative Solventum MedSurg products.- Ensure listing at major Public Institutions (IMSS, ISSSTE, ) for Solventum MedSurg products.- Equip commercial team with locally relevant economic value messages. Drive internal and external trainings on HE value proposition for Solventum MedSurg Business.- Support proactive monitoring of health policy & reimbursement policy changes in Mexico (public and private).Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 3 years of medical device/technology industry, pharmaceuticals industry experience, in market access / reimbursement related role.- Fluent English levelAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:- Experience in Health-Economics- Working with Public Healthcare institutions- Experience of reimbursement projects with insurance companies- Working with multi-disciplinary teamsWork location: Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require to be at Santa Fe office at least 2 to 3 days per week.Travel: May include up to 20% travel timeRelocation Assistance: Not applicable.Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
