As a CHIEF OF PEDAGOGY, you will accurately manage the team of instructional designers, follow-up projects to final delivery and customer service to develop content for training programs. You will also be the link to our stores' strategies to standardize the execution of the programs**Key Responsibilities**- Optimally craft training programs and content.- Efficiently build and implement training plans.- Identification of training needs and dashboard.- Project management and organization.- Timely follow up of each project, progress reporting and results.- Develop close communication with operations team.**Qualifications**- Knowledge in pedagogy and training, Project Management, or content authoring tools.- Bachelor's degree in Graphic design or Communication.- English proficiency.- Strong communication skills, flexibility, contact with management levels.- Experience in the production of audiovisual content and management of audiovisual production projects- ISO certifications desirable.**ABOUT US**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
