**Job Title**: Inventory & Demand Planner**Job Type**: Full-Time Contractor**Workplace**: Remote (EST overlap preferred)**Schedule**: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST**Compensation**: USD $1,500 - $2,000 /month (DOE)At HireHawk, we connect top global talent with high-performing U.S. companies.We’re seeking a precise, data-driven Inventory & Demand Planner to forecast product demand, track inventory accuracy, and support purchasing decisions that keep operations efficient and cash flow healthy. You’ll work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and marketing to ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time—driving measurable reductions in stockouts and excess inventory.Core Outcomes- Maintain ≥ 98 % SKU-level inventory accuracy across channels.- Deliver forecasts within ± 10 % variance through continuous data analysis.- Coordinate purchasing recommendations aligned with sales and marketing plans.- Generate weekly inventory and turnover reports for leadership review.- Communicate actionable insights that improve forecast reliability and decision speed.**Requirements**:- 3 + years in inventory planning or demand forecasting roles- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data models)- Experience with mainstream ERP or inventory management software- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or related field**Benefits**:- Competitive USD $1,500 - $2,000 /month (DOE)- Access to HireHawk’s $200 k perk marketplace with discounts on 150 + services- Early earnings access (up to 50 %) with on-time, in-currency payments- Paid time off and performance-based annual reviews- Continuous learning and career development resources
