En Northware estamos buscando un Account Executive / Business Developer apasionado por las ventas, con experiência en el sector de tecnología y un enfoque dinámico. Serás responsable de identificar y desarrollar oportunidades comerciales, gestionar relaciones con clientes y contribuir al crecimiento de nuestra cartera de servicios, que incluye Data, Proyectos, Dynamics y Staffing.Buscamos a alguien con gran energía, proactividad y habilidad para comprender las necesidades de los clientes, que disfrute cerrar acuerdos y generar impacto en el mercado.**Responsabilidades**:Identificar y generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.Gestionar el ciclo completo de ventas, desde la prospección hasta el cierre.Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes actuales y potenciales.Promover los servicios de Northware en diversos sectores, adaptándose a las necesidades del cliente.Cumplir con metas comerciales y reportar avances a la dirección.**Requisitos**:Experiência comprobable en ventas de IT (preferentemente con enfoque en Data, IA, Proyectos, Dynamics, Staffing).Nível de inglés conversacional.Residencia en Nuevo León o disponibilidad para trabajar de manera híbrida.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y resolución de problemas.Orientación a resultados y habilidad para trabajar bajo metas exigentes.BeneficiosSeguro de vida.Prestaciones de ley.Vales de despensa.Salario negociable con base en experiência.Oportunidad de desarrollo en una empresa innovadora y en crecimiento.Lunes y jueves se va a la oficina en el PIIT, en Apodaca
