Join our Demand Excellence team as a Regional Demand Lead, where you'll be part of the Planning Excellence Organization. This role is designed to improve outcomes, drive simplification, and support excellent process performance through the adoption of Lean, AstraZeneca, and industry best practices for the Operations Demand Planning process. You'll work with various teams to enable high process performance, standardization, stability, sustainability, and continuous improvement. The specifics of the role will evolve as the process and organization evolves. What you will do Be an expert in the AZ Demand Planning processes and systems. Ensure links to connected processes are understood and optimized. Facilitate the monthly Operations forecast submission process for agreed Regions and Demand streams. Develop Demand Planning Processes and training materials. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, IT or relevant work experience APICS MSC / MBA Experience as a Demand Planning / Forecasting manager S&OP / IBP contributor, lead Minimum of 2 years experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Consumer goods, electronics industries Lean Process Management Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills Oral and written fluency in Business English Proven track record working cross‑functionally with a high level of commitment and follow‑through Project management understanding & practice Ability to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders Applications: APS packages from APO, Kinaxis, OMP, Other, Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI Preferred Qualifications Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical in Demand Management / Forecasting management role or consulting role Proven participation in multinational process and IT change programs.
