**Career Area:**:Manufacturing & Supply Chain**Job Description:**:Capturar la información en el sistema y mantener actualizado el control de documentos que acreditan la operación de su departamento**Responsabilidades**:- Recibir y registrar diariamente los documentos relacionados con su trabajo- Revisar que todo material que llegue o salga de su departamento tenga la papelería necesaria para avalar el recibo (Facturas, remisiones, etc.). -Revisar que las facturas o remisiones cuenten con la orden de compra anotada.- En caso de que la papelería no concuerde con lo que se esta recibiendo físicamente, se llenara un reporte de discrepancias y estas se mandaran a el departamento y/o proveedor que origino dichas discrepancias para su corrección.- Asignar un local a cada parte que se recaba- Darle entrada al sistema de todas las partes que hayan llegado en un lapso no mayor de 24 horas hábiles.- Mantener actualizados los reportes que le correspondan- Colaborar en las tareas que el tiempo libre permita (Hacer inventarios, ayudar en la carga de dump bodies, surtir pick list) etc.- Mantener un archivo de remisiones y/o movimientos para futuras aclaraciones.- Conocer y Cumplir con objetivos y metas de producción.- Reportar cualquier condición insegura del equipo a su cargo o de la planta en general a su jefe inmediato.- Asegurarse que se Mantenga limpia y ordenada su área de trabajo- Cumplir y hacer cumplir los principios de Caterpillar- Promover el trabajo en equipo.- Realizar cualquier otra tarea asignada por el jefe inmediato en relación al trabajo y/o las necesidades de la empresa.**Requerimientos Básicos**:- Acreditar Instrucción a nível de preparatoria o equivalente terminada/Licenciatura. Deseable- Mínimo 3 años de experiência en un puesto similar.
