**LOCATION**:Acuna / Coahuila (MX-COA), Mexico |**BRAND**: Bendix |**REQUISITION ID**:4594 |** JOB GRADE***:09|** ON-SITE/REMOTE**: On-site**JOB DESCRIPTION**:**Position Summary**:Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Administrator on all personnel matters. and assists with payroll processing.**Essential Functions**:- Responsible for clerical & administrative duties related to Human Resources.- Support plant 1 for attending voluntary resignations.- Support all employee events activities.- Support communication activities including the board update.- Maintain employee files for All plants.- Scan FTE documents periodically and upload them on E-file.- Legal Compliance - HR policies- Support employee services in P1- Support Executive Assistant when absent.- Provide ID batches to suppliers, visitors & replace lost or damaged ID badges.
