Join a team of commercial finance professionals to support finance decisions with one of Resideo businesses. You will play a part to support financial landscape, speed, quality and cost efficiency thru budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting. You will play an important role in managing financial performance and implementing finance strategies to achieve committed business performance. You will support Resideo business leaders and support to drive finance initiatives and decisions. You will also play important part to identify trends and developments in competitive environments and support the management outcome decisions.**JOB DUTIES**:- Business Partnership- Analyze Actuals, Build analytical tools to track performance of the business.- Commercial finance support AMER Security Distribution. Forecasting, budgeting, closing, monthly ops review, supporting commercial leaders- Act as a backup to the Global Retail & Security Finance Leader- US Residential New Construction support, including:- Collaborate with Sales and Controllership to ensure Customer Rebates are processed and approved in-line with payment terms- Utilize Agile and Salesforce to request ACH & check payments, including appropriate level of supporting documentation and audit trail- Manage Customer accounts to ensure Credit Request and ACH forms are up to date and accurateKeep consolidated list of all rebates by month and quarter, report results to Sales leadership periodically**YOU MUST HAVE**:- 5-8 Years of relevant experience in the field- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and precisely in English, both written and verbal.- Proven track record of successfully working under tight deadlines.- Experience in efficiently absorbing guidance and independently completing tasks thereafter.- Proficient in SAP with documented project or work experience.- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, capable of performing complex data analysis and utilizing macros or advanced formulas.Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), including specific projects or tasks completed using this software.- **WE VALUE**:- Some FP&A, P&L experience within a business- Technical knowledge of finance systems- Good communication and influencing skills- Engage in daily communication with senior leadership, articulating information clearly and effectively to ensure accurate understanding.- Experience to support delivery on complex situations- Self-motivated, support business initiativesSupport efficiently complex situations**WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU**:- Benefits that go beyond Mexican labor law, ensuring your well-being and peace of mind.- A collaborative and inclusive work environment where your contributions are valued.- Opportunities for continuous professional growth and skill development through training, mentoring, and challenging projects.- Access to cutting-edge tools, resources, and a supportive team to help you excel.The chance to work with a global, innovative company shaping the future in its industry.LI-AA1LI-Hybrid
