As a subject‑matter expert in data analytics, you will provide coaching for other members of the ISC analytics team to help in their skill growth. Responsibilities Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address business challenges and develop analytical solutions Develop and implement data analytics strategies to drive continuous improvement Ensure data integrity and accuracy through thorough analysis and validation Commercial Analytics & Strategy: Develop and deliver analytics to support pricing strategy, sales performance, marketing ROI, and customer experience optimization; Translate commercial challenges into analytical frameworks that drive measurable business outcomes. Pricing: Support the design and implementation of pricing analytics, including price elasticity modeling, competitive benchmarking, and margin improvement initiatives; Evaluate the impact of pricing strategies on sales, profitability. Sales Excellence & Performance Insights: Build and maintain sales dashboards and performance scorecards that track key KPIs (conversion, pipeline health, sales velocity, win/loss rates). Marketing & Customer Experience Analytics: Analyze marketing funnel performance, campaign effectiveness, and lead‑to‑conversion metrics. Data Visualization & Power BI Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and data models that enable real‑time commercial decision‑making; Champion visualization best practices and self‑service analytics adoption across the business.
