**Looking for Bilingual Disptach Supervisor for Logistics Campaign**We're looking for a Dispatch Specialist with Logistics Experience to manage a team of Dispatchers.The main responsibility for this position will be to provide support and training as well as manage the day to day operation of the transportation logistics operation.The person in this position will work in a fast paced environment and will work closely with the team to keep control and provide support for drivers.Coordinate the communication between the company, your dispatch team, drivers and clients in order to maintain the operation flow.Salary Starting at**:$850 MXN Net Daily Salary + Bonuses + Law Benefits****Benefits of this job**:Be in charge of the dispatching, track and tracing operation in a growing Logistics Brokering firm from L.A. Operating across the U.S. requires a highly reliable team of dispatch agents for managing the day to day route operation remotely.Develoip your team to meet company goals, work directly with the management team as well as the operations team for propper support.The person in this roll will get to have a team of up to 6 dispatch agents and will Become the manager of the Tijuana branch in the mid term.**Activities**:- Manage the 24/7, day to day track and trace operation- Keep track of your team's goals, tasks and activities- Create reports and share with the team- Help resolve any issues and mistakes- Keep an eye on every detail- Guide your team through desicion-making.**Requirements**:- Logistics, Industrial Engeneer or similar career.- Spoken and Written English Required- Dispatch, track and trace Experience- Logistics Experience- Supervision Experience- INE, CURP, RFC, IMSS- Comprobante de Domicilio- Acta de NacimientoTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $29,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de productividadPregunta(s) de postulación:- Do you have logistics or Dispatching experience?Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
