Descripción y detalle de las actividadesWe are looking for an experienced Logistics /Import/Export Coordinator to manage daily shipments coordination from USA to Mexico(Tijuana) Import / Export as well as coordinating all shipments within theUnited States, you will be the one to ensure complete orders are shipped anddelivered in a timely manner. A successful Logistics Coordinator /Import/Export is analytical, well-organized and excels in communication. Theymust be comfortable with paperwork and information systems and have greatknowledge of Import/Export and Logistics.**Responsibilities**:- Execute the Logistics Schedules for Multiple Locations- Coordinate with Mexican and US Brokers to classify materials and process shipments across Tijuana and USA- Process Logistics Coordination between the company, Labor Companies and Convention Centers- Build and maintain professional relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders (such as warehouse workers, vendors, purchasing managers, suppliers etc.)- Processing (Upload) in our system, shipment documentation and inspecting completed orders.- Acting as a liaison between carriers and company- Process RFQ’s for best price of shipment transportation with carriers.- Identify logistics issues and implement solutions in a timely manner- Create and present and execute reports for upper management- BOL knowledge, Shipping Labels, Tracking- Maintain POD Files in our system- Able to comprehend Trade Show Documentation- Weekend accessible when neededExperiência y requisitos- Good experience Logistics Coordinator / Import- Export Coordinator or similar role- Knowledge of Logistics operations and Import / Export procedures and documents- Hands on experience in reporting - Excel and Word, Charts Etc- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills is a must- Team player with multiple cultures- Good time-management skills is a must- Great interpersonal and communication skills- Microsoft 365 Proficient - Excel, Word, PDF, Formulas- Able to read understand complex documentation.- Paperless personality, able to follow filing patterns instructions- Able to Manage high volume of complex Instructions and Documentation- 100% Detailed in E-FillingBeneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- utilidades garantizadas**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Importación y Exportación**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo- Lunes a viernes**Estudios** Carrera técnica**Inglés**Hablado: Intermedio, Escrito: Intermedio**Disponibilidad p. viajar** Si
