_**Carrier México solicita Factory Support para planta E, Parque Finsa 1, Santa Catarina**_**Educación**:Licenciatura**Puesto**: Factory Support**Objetivo del puesto**: Soporte a líneas de producción (Ingeniería)**Áreas de experiência**:- Ingeniería, producción, calidad.- Área de Ingeneria de producto, Sustaining o afín.- Conocimiento en systema de Refrigeración.**Funciones principales**:- Implementación de cambios de ingeniería (ECNs).- Aplicación de herramientas de ingeniería y calidad para mejorar los productos asegurando un diseño robusto y capacidad de fabricación.- Trabajar dentro de un equipo multifuncional global de ingenieros, diseñadores y operaciones para garantizar la calidad, el costo y la capacidad de fabricación de los productos.**Requisitos y Conocimiento**:- Ingles deseable (conversacional y escrito)- Conocimiento de algún sistema ERP.- Interpretación de dibujos.- Conocimientos técnicos:- Sistemas ERP.- Software de diseño (Creo, Solidworks, etc.)**Competencias**:- Toma de Decisiones.- Trabajo bajo presión.- Capacidad de resolver conflictos.- Comunicación Efectiva.**Prestaciones de ley**:IMSS, INFONAVIT, Aguinaldo de 32 días, Vacaciones iniciales 12 días por año.**Prestaciones Superiores a las de la Ley**:Transporte gratuito, Comedor Subsidiado, Premio de puntualidad, Premio de productividad, Uniformes, Ayuda por nacimiento, Ayuda por defunción, Becas escolares a partir de primer año con planta.**Horario**: lunes a viernes, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $15,600.00 - $17,200.00 al mesBeneficios:- Ayuda o servicio de transporte- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Estacionamiento gratuito- Servicio de comedor- Servicio de comedor con descuento- Uniformes gratuitosPago complementario:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de productividad- Bono de puntualidadTipo de jornada:- Diurno- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencialFecha de inicio prevista: 11/10/2024
