Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:Our Proposals Department's mission is to help the growth and profitability of ABB’s businesses through accurate, cost-effective quotes and customer satisfaction; leaning on communication with execution team, risk assessment and full support to Capture & Sales teams.**This position reports to**:Sales Supp. Mgr.Configuration&Quotation**Your responsibilities**:- Read, comprehend and analyze customer’s specifications to develop a: ANSI/IEC Low Voltage Switchgears and Motor Control Centers. ANSI/IEC Medium Voltage Switchgears and Motor Control Centers (including Primary, Secondary and GIS), Optional/Preferred background in: Packaging, Services, Bus Duct, electrification & distribution systems.- Get best prices from third party suppliers.- Think & propose best solution in our products to customer.- Interact & negotiate among sales, engineering and operations to build final offer.- Active help to meet Business Unit orders budget and meet Business Unit required margins.- Active participation on product improvements in collaboration with Product Management.- Seek, develop and execute enhancements within the area.**Your background**:- Bachelor´s Degree in Electrical Engineer or similar. Master’s in electrical engineering (preferable).- 3+ yers experience in Electrical Proposals development.- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, SharePoint.- Programming skills (Macros, java, PowerApps, SharePoint, etc).- Active teamwork collaboration.- English 70% minimum.
