This role is crucial for enhancing user experience and driving cost reductions across all printing services.**ACCOUNTABILITIES**:- ** Contract and Vendor Management**:- Oversee and manage thousands of global contracts with various vendors to ensure compliance and service quality.- Negotiate terms and manage relationships with suppliers to achieve cost-effective and efficient print services.- ** Business Continuity and Critical Support**:- Ensure continuous operation of print services critical to business processes in manufacturing sites and office settings.- Develop and implement robust contingency plans to maintain service during disruptions.- ** Platform Unification and Optimization**:- Lead the global unification of print, scan, and fax platforms to streamline operations and improve service delivery.- Drive initiatives to enhance user experience and operational efficiency across all printing services.- ** Cost Management and Reduction**:- Implement strategies to reduce costs while maintaining high service standards.- Monitor and report on financial performance against budget and operational goals.- ** Leadership and Team Management**:- Lead a team of professionals in achieving strategic objectives and operational excellence.- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.**EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS**:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.- Extensive experience in managing large-scale global contracts and vendor relationships.- Proven ability in maintaining business continuity and critical systems, especially in manufacturing and office environments.- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams.**WHAT WE OFFER**:- A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.- Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.- A dynamic work environment where your contributions have a direct impact on the business.**MORE ABOUT US**:At Takeda, we are transforming patient care through the development of novel specialty pharmaceuticals and best in class patient support programs.
