Job Title: Buyer (Engineer)Experience: 2-4 YearsEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical EngineeringLocation: Manzaneros 1918 Col, Sandra Lucía, 32530 Juárez, Chih., MexicoJob Summary:**Key Responsibilities**:- Source and evaluate global suppliers to ensure best cost, quality, and delivery performance- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers- Review engineering drawings and specifications to determine procurement needs- Manage procurement process from RFQ to purchase order issuance and delivery tracking- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to meet project timelines- Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions as needed- Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies- Identify and execute cost-saving opportunities- Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays- Support new product introductions and localization of parts**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field- 2-4 years of experience in procurement, global sourcing, or supply chain- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.)- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish- Detail-oriented and well-organized- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams- Knowledge of international trade regulations is a plus**Benefits**:- Competitive salary- Health and dental insurance- Professional development opportunities- Paid time off and holidays- Multinational team and global exposurePay: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month**Location**:- Juárez, Chih.
