Job Requirements**Propósito del Puesto**:Esta posición es responsable de atención de tickets, solución de Problemas Críticos P1, P2, Apoyo a Áreas de Desarrollo e InfraestructuraTiene como objetivo principal, mantener la estabilidad de la red en los Datacenters de Chubb Dallas y RTP, enfocado en el cumplimiento de los níveles de servicio acordados con los Carrier de Comunicaciones apegándose a las políticas de seguridad y mejores prácticas para la operación de los servicios de red de LATAM.**Funciones**:Atención de Incidentes (P1, P2)Actualización de Hardware o Software (IOS) de Equipos de NetworkingDocumentación de Diagramas/ Actualización de Inventarios o servicios de NetworkingReportes o escalaciones de Problemas presentados con los carriers nacionales e internacionales de Servicios NetworkingMonitoreo de la capacidad y el performance de la red y aplicación de procedimientos para mantener estas métricas dentro los níveles acordados.Work ExperienceCertificación CCNP Datacenter o Superior*Conocimientos Netscaler, F5, Avi Load Balancing*Profundo Conocimiento sobre tecnologías de red en Datacenter*Conocimientos de Switching (STP, EtherChannel, HSRP)*Conocimiento sobre tecnologías MPLS, QoS, ISP, VPN*Conocimientos de Protocolos DNS, DHCP, NTP, VRRP, CDP, etc. *Conocimientos sobre Nexus, vBlock, Cisco UCS*Conocimientos Fabric Interconect*Conocimientos en Iwan / Sdwan *Conocimientos de Ruteo (BGP, OSPF e EIGRP)Conocimientos RiverbedUnderstanding of NSX automation, Ansible, Cisco DNA Center (DNAC), YANG, NETCONF, and RESTCONFConocimientos en redes WirelessConocimientos en ISE / LivenxConocimientos básicos de Vmware.Inglés - Intermedio a AvanzadoHabilidades de negociación y comunicaciónCapacidad de Análisis y resolución de problemas5 años en Operación de Redes Datacenters.Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos y fin de semana.
