**About the Role**We are hiring a **Construction Operations Coordinator** to support U.S. based construction companies with day-to-day operational execution. This is a **remote role** designed specifically for professionals based in **Mexico City (CDMX)** due to time zone alignment, English proficiency, and construction industry experience.This position focuses on **coordination, documentation, and process execution**. It is **not** a project manager, superintendent, or client facing sales role.You will support general contractors and specialty trades (plumbing, electrical, framing, roofing, drywall, flooring, etc.) across active residential and light commercial projects in the United States.**Key Responsibilities**- Schedule and coordinate building inspections- Order materials from approved suppliers and track deliveries- Prepare and process change order documentation- Maintain organized project trackers, logs, and documentation- Coordinate with internal operations, accounting, and estimating teams- Assist with invoice organization and basic job cost tracking- Communicate clearly in written and spoken English with U.S. based teams**Role Scope****This role includes**:- Process driven operational execution- Coordination across multiple active projects- Documentation, tracking, and follow-ups**This role does NOT include**:- Client negotiations or sales- Final pricing or budget ownership- Field supervision or site management**Qualifications**- 2-5 years of experience in construction coordination, construction administration, or operations support- Background in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field (degree preferred, not required)- Experience supporting general contractors or construction trades- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks- Strong written English; conversational spoken English required- Familiarity with tools such as QuickBooks, Buildertrend, Procore, Contractor+, Bluebeam or similar platforms is a plus- Must be based in **Mexico City (CDMX)****Why This Position**- Long term, stable remote role with a clearly defined scope- Consistent work supporting U.S. construction operations- Structured workflows and clear expectations- Opportunity to grow into senior coordination or lead operations roles**Compensation**- **Monthly Salary**:MX$28,000 - MX$40,000**:- Compensation based on experience, construction background, and English proficiency- Full-time, permanent remote position- Paid monthly**How to Apply**Pay: $28,000.00 - $40,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
