As part of our Sales Success team, this position is responsible for ensuring Sales Engineers and Partners have access to the latest available SaaS offerings and helping them manage their demo environments.**Job Description**:The Demonstration (Demo) Services Organization at Oracle manages the environments, integrations, content and collateral used by Sales Engineers and External Partners to demo Oracle SaaS Cloud offerings. Demo Services has a wide breadth of skillsets and career paths available to all new hires, allowing for your career to develop in whatever direction best suites your passions and interests.This position is a member of our Sales Success team, who are driven to help ensure our Sales Engineers and Partners can successfully demo Oracle SaaS products and close more deals. The team is responsible for ensuring demo environments are upgraded to the latest code and content versions, Sales Engineering teams have the allocations they need, managing critical deals, capacity planning, and conducting calls with SE management to review needs for deals, act as a feedback channel into Demo Services, and perform metrics deep dives.Job Responsibilities- Ensure Sales Engineering (SE) groups and external Partners have access to the SaaS demo environments they need, including capacity planning and allocation- Manage code and content updates of all demo environments- Work with SE teams on critical deals, ensuring smooth demos by conducting review calls, proactively checking for potential issues, assisting with checking the health of environments, and engaging Demo Services Support and Operations as needed- Identify and drive change into processes and the Demo Cloud portal that will support the SEs and Partners with delivering demos- Conduct calls with SE leadership to review critical deals, challenges impacting their teams, providing updates on Demo Services, and reviewing metrics- Keep SEs notified about Demo Services maintenance activities- Use analytics to help manage the demo fleet and proactively identify potential issues- Provide assistance with using the Demo Cloud portal to users- Act as a point of contact and conduit for feedback for SE teams and Partners- Collaborate with the SEs for success with Knowledge Centered Selling (KCS)Activities (Day in the Life)- Identify and schedule environments needing code and/or content updates- Work with SEs to get assistance for critical deals, managing communication with the demo teams- Participate in daily calls with Demo Services Operations to identify issues that need proactive communication with SEs- Review Service Requests from SEs for requests for environment updates, refreshes, issues using the Demo Cloud portal, requests for new allocations, critical deal assistance- Reach out to SEs proactively for planned and unplanned maintenance of their environments- Act as a point of contact for SEs needing assistance from Demo Services and direct them to the best information or Support contacts- Conduct or attend calls with SE leadership teams to review deals, schedules, Demo Services updates, and challenges impacting the teamsQualifications (required)- Bachelor’s degree or higher is required- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal- Outstanding communication skills- Someone driven to help others succeed and can readily identify opportunities to improve or simplify processes that will drive success- Excellent at creating and maintaining working relationships across organizations at all levels and disciplines- Critical thinking, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills- Ability to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, with an ability to roll up your sleeves and contribute quickly- A curious self-starter with a proven track record of diving into unknown territory and pushing your comfort zone- Excellent project management skills: ability to perform well u
