**About the Role**:As **Executive Assistant to the CEO**, you will be tasked with providing executive, administrative, and development support to the CEO as well as other members of the leadership team as needed. This role serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters about the CEO. The Executive Assistant to the CEO organizes and coordinates executive outreach and oversees special projects.This is a key position that will significantly contribute to the success of Beek and help us grow as a company. As Executive Assistant, you'll work closely with the CEO and get a front-row seat in one of LATAMs fastest growing and most successful startups. The role is fully remote.**Responsibilities include**:- Providing sophisticated calendar and task management for CEO, including prioritizing inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts, making judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements- Conserving the CEO's time by collecting and preparing information for meetings and events with staff and outside parties, assisting in the preparation and management of presentations, making travel arrangements, and assisting with special projects as needed- Anticipating the CEO's needs in advance of meetings, conferences, etc., keeping her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, and following up as necessary- Communicating with general staff on CEO's behalf and coordinating logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally- Organizing office management activities such as coordinating CEO on-site meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, organizing catering when necessary, and providing event management support as needed. Perform office management operations by keeping up with office supply inventory.- Performing minor personal accounting duties- Managing the executive's personal calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters such as health insurance, hospitals, banks, online shops, and travel.- Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization**About You**:You're a natural leader who is energized by helping others succeed. For you, no challenge is too big or solution too small.**Experience, knowledge, and understanding**:- You have 3+ years of providing support for C-level executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment working in an Executive Assistant or Senior Executive Assistant position- You have strong organizational and task management skills that reflect your ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with impeccable attention- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, including leadership, staff, and board members- You have excellent time-management and problem-solving skills that reflect your ability to complete a high volume of projects with little or no guidance- You can anticipate needs, think critically, and maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information- You are highly detail-oriented and a team player- You can react at a moment's notice with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround, using informed decision-making regarding priorities and available time and using sound judgment- You thrive in an intense, do-it-yourself, start-up environment**Technical skills**:- Expertise in calendar and task management tools (e.g., Google Calendar)- Proven ability to learn new platforms such as Notion, Sunsama, ClickUp, Airtable, G-Suite, etc.- Native or bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish**Bonus if**:- Experience working at a fast-growing startup or management consulting firm
