Nos destacamos por nuestro compromiso con la innovación y el desarrollo profesional de nuestros colaboradores.**Objetivo de puesto**:Administrar y dar seguimiento a cumplimiento normativo en materia de seguridad, higiene y medio ambiente de acuerdo a las necesidades de la empresa.**Actividades principales**:- Crear e impartir materiales de entrenamiento en materia de Seguridad, Higiene y Control Ambiental- Realizar investigaciones en caso de accidentes de trabajo y establecer medidas de corrección- Liderar juntas de resultados (KPI) con el departamento de operaciones- Participar en la definición de KPIS de Seguridad,Higiene, Salud y Control Ambiental- Asegurar el cumplimiento regulatorio en materia de Seguridad, Higiene, Salud y Control Ambiental- Gestionar y liderar la integración, capacitación y actividades de la CSH y Brigadas de Emergencia- Atender inspecciones y auditoria en materia de Seguridad, Higiene, Salud y Control Ambiental- Asegurar la revalidación de los trámites y licencias de operación aplicables- Implementar programas de prevención y reducción de accidentes- **Requisitos**:- Carrera : Ingeniería industrial, seguridad e higiene, seguridad ambiental, emergencias.- Experiência: 5 años en el puesto de especialista en EHS- Conocimiento: Seguridad e higiene industrial Normatividad de la STPS, Salud ocupacional, Programas de prevención Laborales, Campañas de salud, uso y administración de medicamentos. Conocimiento en MS Office.- Idioma : Inglés deseable- Otros: Gestión de certificaciones en Seguridad industrial (empresa segura, Industria Limpia, ISO 14001, OSHAS´s etc)- Supervisión y liderazgo.
