Responsable de implementar las medidas de prevención y control en materia de seguridad, higiene y medio ambiente industrial necesarias que permitan asegurar las condiciones óptimas de desarrollo del personal que en ella laboran y a las instalaciones mismas, asegurando la correcta implementación y seguimiento de los reglamentos, políticas, procedimientos de nível corporativo.**Responsabilidades clave**- Atender auditorias de la STPS, IATF, clientes y corporativo PPG relacionadas con el área de EHS.- Implementar, coordinar y dar seguimiento a todas las actividades del área de Seguridad e Higiene, tales como revisiones en piso, inspecciones, programas, elementos.- Realizar el reporte los KPI, actividades, planes de acción por accidentes y/o incidentes.- Desarrollar y comunicar las alertas en caso de I&I, Spills Cat I, II, III, Fires- Coordinar las actividades de las brigadas, comisión de seguridad e higiene y equipo de EHS de la empresa, así como los simulacros que sean requeridos.- Asegurar implementación, seguimiento y trazabilidad de los procedimientos implementados por corporativo, entre otros.**Cualificaciones**- Vivir en San juan del Río (sitio base)- Experiência legal (gestoría de tramites, agua, licencias etc)- Experiência deseable en industria quimica, automotriz, têxtil, metalmecanica o farmaceutica.- Ingles Avanzado conversacional.- Disponibilidad de viaje 40% del tiempo.- Habilidad en comunicacion efectiva y sólido manejo de relaciones.**About us**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.****We are "One PPG" to the world.****We trust our people every day, in every way.****We make it happen.****We run it like we **own** it.****We do better today than yesterday - everyday.**Benefits will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process.PPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
