We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Delivery and Administration Analyst to join our team. If you have a passion for ensuring smooth and efficient delivery processes and excel in administrative responsibilities, we invite you to apply.**Responsibilities**:- Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products/services.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze delivery requirements.- Maintain accurate delivery records, track performance metrics, and generate reports for analysis.- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.- Assist in the preparation and execution of delivery plans, addressing any challenges or obstacles.- Act as a point of contact for delivery-related queries and provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders.- Collaborate with vendors and logistics partners to optimize delivery routes and timelines.- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of best practices.- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper documentation of received and shipped goods.- Handle administrative tasks such as expense tracking, invoice processing, and record-keeping.**Requirements**:- 3-5 years of experience in IT Business Administration and Financial Management experience.- IT Business Administration and Financial Management experience.- Well-versed with Office 365, Power BI, and process automations.- Experience with IT Outsourcing Management- Experience with Managing team supporting IT business services- Experience Assuring that operational and reporting SLAs are being met.- Experience being Responsible for the consolidation and follow-up of Local IT Budget and chargeback.- Experience Escalating issues and progress on regional projects- Experience with IT asset management.- Experience with IT vendor and supply chain management.- Experience Providing support and information to consolidate regional presentations, meeting with key stakeholders.e6l9WhvBtp
