**As a Sr Hr Services administrator you will manage HR Admin activities and you will liaise with HRG/HRM, Payroll and Back Office teams to ensure smooth delivery of HR Admin activities across all sites and partake in regional projects and activities as per needed.****You will be responsible for**- Leading delivery of corporate and local human resources processes including internal transfers, promotions, terminations and administrative tracking- Providing HR services delivering positive results to the human resources function, employees and managers as well as provide guidance and support when needed- End to end execution of HR services and processes to support business objectives- Building easy and intuitive systems and processes to enable right and fast delivery of HR solutions- Driving continuous improvement and lead change in a progressive and global human resources organization.**Your background**- Prior HR administrative experience- Experience with HR admin tools and systems (tress, workday, oracle)- Experience managing time and attendance as well as benefits- Advanced English
