He/she is responsible for two main activities: On the one hand, processes requests from employees and managers, regarding life cycle events, such as hiring, firing, promotions, salary changes, one-time payments and absences, among others. Also interacts with employees, managers and other stakeholders through chat and telephone, resolving doubts and redirecting queries.**_General Activities:_**- Processing requests from employees and managers on life-cycle events (hirings, terminations, promotions, salary changes, one-time payments and absences).- Documentation creation and distribution.- Customer interaction through chat and telephone related to HR services management events.- Highly communicative and executes precisely and effectively, creating trust with the team and customers (our employees).- Use your skills in People Services Delivery by supporting critical employee lifecycle functions, optimizing processes, ensuring data accuracy, and acting as frontline support for our employees.- Takes initiative & works proactively & autonomously.
