Provide Onsite Level 2 Support at specific location- Mexico - Mexico City, MX- Professionals- Full-time**—** Your Benefits **—****:- Buddy program- Flat hierarchies- International environment- Job with purpose- Trusted working hours- Unlimited employment contract**Your skills**:- Troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system issues- Hands on experience in installing, troubleshooting and fixing desktop, printer, laptop.- Good written and oral communications skills with clients and management. Good people skills.- Basic knowledge of networking to perform smart hand activity under instruction-based activities at sites- Knowledge in Active Directory for all Service Provider personnel’s**Your Tasks**:The position is on-going and for 40 hours a week. The technician will deliver the user support for the maintenance of the end-users at our customer's location.JOB DUTIES:- Inventory control- Manage Tickets on SNOW- Deal with suppliers (external)- Help Desk- Handle or able to manage Office 365 - Cloud- Install devices printers, laptops, desktops.- Configure laptops, printers (images)- Remote support- Support with simple administrative tasks**Be part of us**:Hemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
