With several offices in Canada, the UK, Philippines, Hong Kong and other countries and regions, is a professional translation service provider specialized in patent, game, medical,novel translation, software localization and DTP services.We are looking for an awesome Human Resource Manager to join our growing global teamThe Human Resource Manager Associate is responsible for recruiting, onboarding and engaging global suppliers, helping internal departments with specific sourcing needs, and making sure our vendor database is reliable in terms of quality, availability, profile details, and documentation in place.**Requirements**:1. Based in Mexico City2. Strong English oral and written communication skills3. Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work5. Excellent time management skills6. Technology savvy7. Creativity & Innovation skills8. Demonstrates respect for and appreciation of different cultural perspectives and respects various perspectives based on geographic differences9. High energy level and highly motivated10. Result driven - drives for action, for trying new things and for getting things done11. Previous experience in a similar industry is not necessary but is highly desired.12. Experience working in an international environment with remote teams13. Experience working in a fast paced working environment and under pressureDUTIES- Find and recruit interpreters and translators to expand the company’s network of linguists.- Negotiate rates with vendors to ensure competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards.- Onboard new vendors and ensure they meet company requirements and standards.- Manage vendor relationships and performance, providing internal regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.- Monitor vendor performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action as needed.- Do necessary marketing research job- Client Reception**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractPay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per month**Experience**:- Human resources management: 1 year (required)- Translation: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)License/Certification:- Professional In Human Resources (preferred)Work Location: In person
